Aside from the van being very clean and comfortable, the driver was already waiting for us when we existed the airport. He was extremely courteous and professional. The most impressive part using I Private Car was the personal attention we received from the moment we booked. I would gladly use them again and recommend them.

I wanted to propose to my girlfriend at Millennium Park because that is a place where we first met. I had an issue with my car, so I had to think fast and find another transportation. I found this company online, and decided to give them a call. Their agent was super polite, and we arranged everything pretty fast. The sedan was great, and the driver was very friendly and I was very nervous on the way to my girlfriend’s home. We arrived at the park right and I waited for a perfect moment to give her the ring. She said yes! Later driver took us to our favorite bar where we had a few drinks to celebrate our engagement. Excellent service!
