General

• The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the limousine during the rental by them or any members of their party
• No drug use or smoking allowed in any of our vehicles or our affiliates’ vehicles
• Alcohol use is permitted only inside the vehicles equipped with divider
• It is illegal and unsafe to load the vehicles beyond seating capacity (number of seat belts installed by vehicle manufacturer should mach the number of passengers allowed)
• We assume no responsibility for items left in our vehicles
• We cannot be held responsible for delayed travel time due to weather, traffic, road conditions or unexpected mechanical failures
• Excessive cleanup charge is determined on a case-by-case basis ($200 maximum charge)
• All online reservations must be booked with CST

Reservations

• All bookings are not guaranteed until payment are made
• A credit card number should be provided to secure the reservation ,but payment may be made with a method different using cash,pay pal or western union
• If you reschedule your reservation less than 2 hours before the pick-up, the vehicle will be assigned based on availability and the reservation is not guaranteed
• Requests for specific cars will not be guaranteed (except SUV)
• Golf bags, skis, snowboards, or more than 3 pieces of luggage must book an SUV

Cancellations

• Any booking order cancelled in less time than described, will result in a full charge
• All cancellations must be made by calling our office (no emails will be honored)

Rates

• Rates do not include gratuity and are subject to change without notice
• Extra stops: in-route $10.00 (each) others to be determined using miles calculator
• Late hours fees: a premium rate of $10.00 applies between the hours of 11:30 PM and 5:00 AM
• Airport greet and meet – $30 Driver will meet passenger inside the terminal by baggage claim with their name on a sign, assist with luggage, and escort them to the vehicle in short term parking.
• Car seat, booster seat – $15/seat
• Holiday surcharge ($15): New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
• New Years Eve, after 6 PM, rate and a half will apply for point to point and hourly services except airport transfers
• If credit card authorization fails, the balance needs to be paid to the driver before the beginning of the trip

Charters (Hourly Service)

• 15 minutes into the hour is a full hour charge
• Automatic 20 % gratuity will be added to all charter reservations
• The hourly service price may vary based on your location
• Any round trip will become hourly service if the time between drop-off and pickup is less than 2 hours
• All trips to and from concerts and sport events will be booked as an hourly service
• Hourly service does not apply to out-of-state-trips. Please ask for a quote.
• Waiting time charges do not apply to hourly service

Waiting Time

• Airports only – iprivatecar limousine offers a 60 minutes grace period after the reported domestic and international flights arrival time. Waiting charge of $1 per minute will be assessed until passengers call ,if no contact is made within 30 minuets after the free 60 minuets grace period Once the grace period , the car will be dismissed and a full charge will be applied.
• Except airports and hourly service: there is a 10-minute grace period. After the grace period has elapsed, waiting time charges will apply.
o Sedan – $1 per minute
o Luxury SUV – $2 per minute
o Stretch Limousine – $4 per minute
o Stretch SUV – $ 5 per minute
o Limo Bus – $ 8 per minute

No-show

• A no-show fee equal to the trip cost plus 20% gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. If you cannot locate your sedan/limousine, please call (312)804-7720 or (224)409-0921 to avoid a no-show billing
• Except airports – no-show is considered after 30 minutes waiting without contacting our office the driver( no emails )
